1. Who We Are

ZeroText is a product of App is nothing, a luxury & private software studio and subsidiary of DRPCOA ENTERPRISE (drpcoa.com). Our Chief Architect is Prince Charles Ejikeme (founder.drpcoa.com/architect). We are incorporated under the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Core Promise: We Collect Nothing

ZeroText's architecture is built around the principle of zero data collection. We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

Phone numbers
Email addresses (unless you contact us directly)
Message content or metadata
Contact lists or social graphs
IP addresses (not logged or retained)
Device identifiers (IMEI, UDID, advertising IDs)
Location data
Behavioural analytics or usage telemetry

3. How Our Relay Works

The ZeroText relay is an in-memory transit buffer. It accepts encrypted packets, routes them to the intended recipient device, and immediately discards the packet upon delivery acknowledgement. No data is ever written to disk, a database, or any persistent storage medium. The relay has no knowledge of message content — it only sees encrypted ciphertext it cannot decrypt.

4. Third-Party Services

ZeroText does not use third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), advertising SDKs, or social login providers. The ZeroText app and website are entirely free of third-party tracking SDKs. Our website does not use cookies for tracking purposes.

5. Website Logging

Our website at zerotext.drpcoa.com is served over HTTPS with standard web server access logs that may temporarily retain your IP address for security and infrastructure monitoring. These logs are not used for user profiling, are not shared with third parties, and are routinely purged. No persistent user identification is performed.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we collect no personal data from your ZeroText usage, there is typically nothing to access, rectify, or erase. If you believe we may hold personal data about you (e.g. from a business enquiry email), you may exercise your GDPR rights by contacting:

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving our infrastructure, we will notify affected parties in accordance with applicable law (including UK GDPR Article 33/34). Given our zero-log architecture, the scope of any potential breach is architecturally constrained — we hold no message content to breach.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect architectural changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the ZeroText app and this webpage. The current policy always represents our data practices.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. DRPCOA ENTERPRISE is the data controller as defined under UK GDPR.
